- Products with missing product tags or price tags
- Products for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
- Products that have been stained, damaged, or affected by odors due to the customer’s responsibility, including washing
- Products with damaged or soiled shoe boxes or outer boxes, including cases where a shipping label has been attached directly to the box
- Products with missing bags, boxes, or accessories such as warranty cards, spare buttons, hangers, etc.
- Products purchased from stores or websites other than this site
- Sale items
Exchanges
In principle, exchange items will be shipped after the returned product has arrived at our company and has been inspected.

In the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, our company will cover the shipping fees for both the return and reshipment.
